Distil Your Own Gin Experience at Hotham’s Gin School & Distillery

Sat 22 Jul 2023 @ 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Winner of the 2023 Travellers’ Choice award for three consecutive years, Hotham’s Gin School is a unique and interesting event not to be missed!

Every month they talk about the history and characteristics of gin, and the Hotham’s brand – their history, and a little about Lord Hotham himself. You’ll have plenty of time to try their gins, distilled right in the Distillery – Hotham’s Original Gin, and Hotham’s Cardamom Gin.

You’ll smell and taste amazing botanicals, and choose the ones you like best for your own gin. The distiller will advise you on the quantities required, and you’ll soon have a balanced recipe ready.

You’ll learn about the distillation process whilst you enjoy a gin cocktail and be encouraged to taste your gin as it distils and your botanicals release their delicious flavours.

Finally, you’ll bottle, name and label your unique gin before wax dipping the stopper to seal the bottle, and finally stamping it with the Hotham’s seal of approval.

You can also rest assured that once you’ve finished enjoying it, you can buy another bottle – just order online and the distiller will recreate your recipe and deliver a new bottle of your gin, straight to your door!
