American doughnut and coffeehouse giant Dunkin’ Donuts has officially opened its doors in Hull today, marking the brand’s debut in the city. Located in Kingswood Leisure Park, the new store joins a growing list of popular eateries and entertainment venues, including Cineworld Cinema, Hollywood Bowl, Nandos, Papas Fish & Chips, Dominos Pizza, and Tribal Bar.
Dunkin’ Donuts’ arrival in Hull is part of its ongoing expansion across the UK, with the brand already establishing a presence in various towns and cities nationwide. The Kingswood store offers a wide range of doughnut flavours, hot drinks, and ice-cold frappes, catering to the tastes of locals and visitors alike.
Sharing a space with Taco Bell, which opened just last week, the joint venture has breathed new life into a previously vacant unit formerly occupied by Frankie & Benny’s restaurant. The revitalised venue has not only created job opportunities but also reinforced Kingswood Leisure Park’s status as a bustling hub for food and entertainment.
The choice of location was strategic, as the store is conveniently situated within reach of over 5,000 residential homes in Kingswood and is a short drive from other parts of Hull and East Yorkshire. This accessibility ensures that pickup and delivery orders are hassle-free for customers in the area.
The store’s interior features self-service kiosks, comfortable seating, and an array of tempting desserts. With a total of 24 employees on board, there is potential for more job opportunities in the future. In addition to doughnuts, Dunkin’ Donuts also offers pastries, muffins, and cookies, as well as an extensive range of hot and cold drinks to cater to a wider range of preferences.
Dunkin’ Donuts will operate from 7 am to 9 pm, Monday through Saturday, and from 8 am to 8 pm on Sundays, providing Hull residents with a taste of America at almost any time of the day.
