The Hull Philharmonic says farewell to conductor Andrew Penny, who is retiring as musical director of the orchestra after 40 years.

The programme comprises some of his favourite music. John Bradbury, who plays principal clarinet with the BBC Philharmonic, is the soloist in Mozart’s beautiful Clarinet Concerto. It is a concert featuring well known melodies and promises to be a very special event.
