Loudhailer Electric Company:
Loudhailer Electric Company, four piece original psychedelic band featuring members of prophetic cult bands Red Guitars, Dead Fingers Talk and The Planet Wilson. Expect original psychedelic sounds, an eclectic blend of rebel rock from across the ages, with tacit nods to garage punk, psychedelia, Americana and acid folk/rock. Listen up for songs telling stories of road trips, myths & legends and sci fi. The band have three albums released on DHM Record label distributed by Label Worx.
Sleeperman: Now an extended line up, Sleeperman hail from the East coast of Yorkshire and play unique original material – somewhere between The Bad Seeds and Ivor Cutler. Listen out for classic guitar sounds and spoken word poem songs. With a new album coming soon and single ‘Over the Hill’ is released on June 1st this will be Sleeperman’s first gig since before the pandemic.
Tom Kay: Over the last 10 years Tom has released four studio albums as a solo artist as well as recording and touring with acts such as The Mighty and the Moon and The Broken Orchestra. His solo debut album ‘From the Outside In’ reached #32 in the iTunes singer/songwriter charts and in 2017 he was invited by critically acclaimed American songwriter John Grant to perform at his North Atlantic Flux festival. His work as a guitarist has earned him endorsements with companies such as Ernie Ball and Faith Guitars.
Tom wears his influences on his sleeve combining the subtlety of Mark Hollis, the fragile broken melodies of Thom Yorke with the honesty of Damien Rice. He is currently working on a new album that is due for release in 2023.
