Music HQ Presents Acoustic Tuesday at Service Station – 5th Birthday Special !!!
This week we celebrate 5 years of Acoustic Tuesdays, originally launched at the Corn Exchange before moving across the city centre to our permanent home at Service Station on George Street.
We’ve hosted many brilliant and varied acts over the year and Acoustic Tuesday is one of the longest running acoustic nights in the regions. For this birthday gig we already have confirmed – Jenny Bray, brilliant keyboard playing jazz influenced singer/songwriter. Richard Silvester, awesome guitarist/performers, guitar teacher and supporter of our night. Rowland – Mark Rowland local singer/songwriter and host of the extremely popular Roadhouse Acoustic every Wednesday will be playing a set of his own funky/rap influenced songs plus some choice covers.
Free entry, live music from 8pm, come on down with your instrument to grab an open mic set or message us to book in for a featured set.
