Music HQ Presents Saturday Night Live Music at Service Station with Girl Gone Band
This week we welcome a new band to the bar and Hull I believe in Sheffield’s Girl Gone Bad.
Girl Gone Bad are a Rock band from Sheffield, England, formed in September 2019. They have a real passion for energetic, sassy Rock music from across the decades. Inspiration is drawn from all the great electric guitar bands, yet Girl Gone Bad make something new and unique from these influences.
You will hear a soulful, bluesy edge to the vocals, with more than a hint of Anne Wilson of Heart and Stevie Nicks. The songs rock hard, with a defiant energy from Ainsley Stones’ articulate guitar style. All is brought together with no-nonsense, direct presentation which engages the listener immediately.
Girl Gone Bad are taking Rock back to its varied, powerful, entertaining roots.
