Hull’s Albemarle Music Centre is hosting a completely free day of music next Saturday (4th February) to give children their first taste of playing an instrument.
Families are invited to attend between 10am and 3pm where they can try out woodwind, percussion, brass and even DJing, while internationally-renowned artists Ellie Sax – famed for Ibiza residencies – and Louis Dowdeswell will perform and be on hand to introduce children to their instruments. The Royal Marines Band will also perform at the event ahead of their concert at Hull Minster later that night.
