A 5-piece alternative rock band from London, Phobophobes continue to forge their own path, taking whatever’s thrown at them and squeezing every ounce of inspiration from it. The band have a boundless DIY mentality which echoes through their every move. Having found home in the basement of The Brixton Windmill, the nucleus of South London’s gig circuit, they share the practise space with Fat Whites, Shame, Goat Girl and lots of others). Phobophobes feature original Fat White Family drummer, Dan Lyons, and Meatraffle’s organ player, Chris OC.
Nothing is stable, everything is usually on the brink of collapse, yet Phobophobes have dragged their weird and wonderful dark psychedelic rock’n’roll into the light of “Miniature World”, their debut album.
