Cllr Hester Bridges, Deputy Leader and Chair of Hull Health and Wellbeing Board said: “Summer holidays are a wonderful and well-deserved break for children and young people. We know for their parents and carers, it can be worrying finding activities and affording them.

“The Healthy Holidays programme is varied, free, fun and even includes healthy food. Wherever you are in Hull, there are activities in your area and there really is something for everyone. There’s lots of sport on offer, but there is also so much more than that.

“Parents, carers, older children and young people can all use the dedicated Healthy Holidays to find and book something that suits them.

“There is more on offer this year than ever before. After 18 months of lockdown, home school and social isolation, we want children and young people in the city to have as much fun as possible. And we want to ease some of the worry for parents and guardians over entertaining their families”.
