Hull New Theatre will stand as the starting point of a magical journey at 11:15am. The city, in partnership with Hull Bid, is rolling out the red (and green) carpet for the man in the big red suit. The streets of Hull will transform into a merry spectacle, as the parade takes a winding path through the heart of the city, bringing with it a sleigh-load of joy.
The route, meticulously planned and now revealed, promises to weave through the cityscape with a procession that will see Father Christmas himself making his merry way to Princes Quay. For those looking to join in the procession, a sprinkle of Christmas is required. Vehicles should be decked out in festive décor, and walkers are encouraged to don their finest Christmas hats or seasonal attire. Remember, while the festive spirit is all-inclusive, the role of Father Christmas is already cast, so no additional Santas, please!
