Rugby League legends, Rod Stewart, and guitar-wielding vampires will be honoured in three fantastic shows at Hull Theatres.
Super League stars Sam Burgess, Jamie Peacock, and Adrian Morley are set to scrum down for an evening of in-depth conversation when Gods of League: The Enforcers bursts through the tackles at Hull City Hall on 13 October 2022.
The trio of forwards will be quizzed by acclaimed BBC commentator Dave Woods, before they reflect on some of their most iconic moments in rugby league, take questions from the audience, and lift the lid on a few dressing room secrets.
After marking the careers of three sportsmen, one of rock’s greatest icons will be celebrated in Some Guys Have All The Luck – The Rod Stewart Story, at Hull City Hall on 14 October 2022.
Direct from the West End, this tribute show honours the career of Rod and his incredible journey from street busker to international superstar. It features songs from his time with The Faces as well as classic hits including Maggie May, Baby Jane, Da Ya Think I’m Sexy, Sailing and You’re in My Heart.
From one musical sensation to another as the entertainment – albeit rather ghoulish – moves across to Hull New Theatre with Vampires Rock on 27 February 2023.
Starring Steve Steinman and an incredible cast, this show features more than 30 of the greatest classic rock anthems of all time, from icons including Queen, AC/DC, Bonnie Tyler, Meat Loaf, Bon Jovi, Journey, and Guns N’ Roses alongside a tongue-in-cheek and laugh out loud storyline.
Tickets for all three shows are on sale now via the Hull City Hall Box Office, 01482 300 306 or at hulltheatres.co.uk
