The producers of School of Rock are sorry to confirm that performances at Hull New Theatre will now commence on Thursday 9 September, due to confirmed cases of Covid-19 within the company having impacted technical rehearsals and the opening timeline.

To allow for the knock-on effect of the schedule interruption and maintain the welfare of the cast and crew, performances on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 at 7.30pm, and Thursday 16 September at 2.30pm, will also not go ahead.

Ticket holders for affected performances will be contacted in the coming days with information regarding their booking. Tickets remain on sale for the remainder of the performances.

Hull New Theatre would like to thank you for your patience and understanding in these unprecedented times and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

They would also like to reassure you that Hull New Theatre, in tandem with the producers of the show, are continuing to work together to ensure Covid-secure procedures are in place.

Hull New Theatre are look forward to welcoming you back to the venue from Thursday 9 September.
