The Greek Restaurant

First established in 2017, The Greek has grown to be an enormously popular culinary establishment in Hull and the surrounding local area- with it even being voted Hull’s Best Restaurant by the public. Having dined there myself a number of times, it’s easy to see why The Greek is so highly renowned. In addition to serving quality, homemade Greek cuisine, the establishment boasts a rustic and homely décor that ensures comfort for all those that visit.

Given that The Greek specialises in Greek cuisine, Meze (both hot and cold) makes up a great deal of the restaurant’s menu- Dolmades, Moussaka, Calamari, and Talagani, The Greek provides hungry customers with a plethora of quaint, flavoursome dishes to choose from, all of which are available at a reasonable price. Furthermore, The Greek is responsible for crafting one of Hull’s finest mixed grills, using expertly seasoned meats that are sure to tantalise the taste buds of any lucky customer.

Newly opened and manned by talent trained by 13-time world champion chef Tony Gemignani, Vezo opened to much excitement and curiosity, and seems to have really hit the mark.

The stylish and charming venue is the perfect place to enjoy some of Hull’s best pizza, and the menu features a perfect selection of classics as well as the option to build your own. It’s definitely worth a try, and with takeaway and delivery available soon too, it’s a perfect place to snaffle some ‘za.

As well as boasting impressive décor that is sure to stun any curious foodie, Marrakech Avenue possesses a rich and diverse menu- including Lamb Tagine, Spicy Kofta dishes, and traditional Moroccan Mezze, all of which are available at a reasonable price.
