Hull’s Top 11 Playgrounds to Take the Kids to this Easter

It’s the Easter holidays next week and with the second stage of the Government’s roadmap out of lockdown set to take effect from Monday, with it comes a slew of changes to the rules.

From the 29th of March, outdoor gatherings (including in private gardens) of either 6 people (the Rule of 6) or 2 households will also be allowed, making it easier for friends and families to meet outside. The Stay At Home order will finally be over too and travelling outside our immediate local area will then be allowed meaning days out.

We’ve rounded up the Top 11 Playgrounds To Visit In Hull which you’ll be able to travel to legally from Monday.

The play area has also received a touch-up! Two of the newest playground features being a newly added basket swing and a modern intergenerational-play expression swing. The expression swing, unlike a traditional swing set, allows the parent and children to play together, by sitting directly opposite each other in respective seats designed specifically for both adult and child-sized bodies. This modern swing set was designed to create an emotional balance, allowing both parents and children to interact with each other and experience one another’s facial expressions.

The play area also includes a new rope climbing frame, a traditional style rocking horse, painted floor puzzles, and an activity tower with slides.
