Exciting things are afoot. There are some amazing movies and shows coming to Disney+ in June, so sit back relax, and grab some popcorn because you’ve got some incredible things to watch.

Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil

You can watch Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, on Friday the 5th of June. It is a 3D fantasy film that follows Maleficent as she acts as the guardian and protector of Aurora’s kingdom. Despite Maleficent’s good intentions, a queen from the neighbouring kingdom Ulstead plots against her. The film is praised for its acting and visuals and is well worth a look if you enjoyed the previous Maleficent movie.

Artemis Fowl

Artemis Fowl is a science fantasy adventure film based on the eponymous 2001 novel that is exclusive to Disney+. The movie follows Artemis Fowl II as he attempts to rescue his father who has been kidnapped by a gang of fairies trying to reclaim an item stolen by the Fowl family. You can watch it on June the 12th.

One Day At Disney Short

One Day At Disney shows what it is like to work at Disney and details the lives of employees. An extraordinary amount of effort goes into Disney from choreographers to animators, to animal trainers, musicians and more. To put it simply, it’s incredible. Check it out.

Disney Gallery is a documentary series that looks at The Mandalorian. Every episode looks at a different facet of the critically acclaimed Star Wars TV series. It includes conversations hosted by Jon Favreau, interviews and behind the scenes footage. The Mandalorian is action-packed and visually stunning, so Disney Gallery is well worth a look.

It’s A Dog’s Life With Bill Farmer – Episodes 4-7

It’s a Dog’s Life with Bill Farmer looks at the lives of working dogs in the USA. Bill Farmer is the voice actor of Goofy and Pluto, and the show includes animated segments of the two cartoon dogs. The series is heartwarming and educates viewers about responsible pet care. If you’re a parent with children who love animals, then It’s a Dogs Life with Bill Farmer is for you.

Be Our Chef – Episode 111 – Finale

A Disney inspired cooking competition series that follows five families as they compete to create a new signature dish for Disney Parks. All the dishes are inspired by Disney resulting in some intriguing creations. If you love cooking and Disney, Be Our Chef is for you.

Marvel’s Hero Project Episodes 12-15

Marvel Hero Project looks at extraordinary children who make a difference including a girl who helps fund house-building in Mexico, a boy who climbs to raise money for the families of wounded and fallen soldiers, and a girl with limited mobility who won four world championships in taekwondo.
