Hull’s free, family-friendly Superhero Day will take over Queen Victoria Square this Friday, from 11:00am to 4:00pm.
Attendees will have the chance to meet and mingle with some of their favourite superheroes – expect to see iconic characters like Superman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman, Iron Man, Batman, and even a giant Incredible Hulk statue in Queen Victoria Square!
Compere Darren Lethem will be taking to the stage and kicking the event off at 11am, after which the superheroes will take Hull City Centre by storm.

In addition to the superhero meet-and-greets, the event will feature various activities to keep everyone entertained. Free superhero face painting in Queen Victoria Square and Prospect Centre, as well as free mask making at Prospect Centre, will ensure kids can fully embrace the superhero spirit, and various giveaways and competitions will be held throughout the day, offering exciting prizes for all participants. Attendees can also explore 16 superhero-themed stalls filled with merchandise and treats.
A highlight of the day is the superhero trail, which will guide participants through a series of surprises and challenges, culminating in a vibrant superhero disco at Stage @TheDock on Humber Street, from 1pm to 3pm. And when you get hungry, kids eat FREE all day with every paying adult at Brewdog.
