The Festive range at the new Cooks Depot in Hull has landed, and it’s a great one to check out if you’re getting ready for the holiday season. The store is the latest step in a family journey that began back in 1977, when they opened their first supermarket in the city.
Over the years they’ve grown into CK Foods Holdings, gaining experience in food retail, catering, chicken and cheese manufacturing, and fast-food supply. It’s a background that gives them a real understanding of what people need in a busy kitchen.
That knowledge shows in their Festive collection. The team has brought in a full range of festive dinner sets, serving dishes, plates, bowls, and mugs, all set out in-store so you can see how your own table could look. Everything feels sturdy and well-made, chosen by people who know the difference between cookware that lasts and something that won’t make it past Boxing Day.
They’re also running a big offer for anyone planning ahead. On Black Friday, 28 November 2025, Cooks Depot will be offering 20% off everything in-store, making it a good time to pick up your Festive tableware or upgrade your kitchen essentials for the winter months.
Cooks Depot is based at 65 Northumberland Avenue, Hull, HU2 0JB, and opens Monday to Thursday from 10am to 5pm, Fridays 10am to 1.30pm and 2pm to 5pm, Saturdays 10.30am to 5pm, and Sundays 12pm to 5pm.
