Hull Uni’s all-in-one fitness membership is offering a free 7-day trial this August – giving you full access to everything their Sport & Active Well-being programme has to offer.
From Sunday 4th to Saturday 10th August, you can use the gym, book into group exercise classes, and try out racket sports completely free. Whether you’re already active or just getting started, this is a brilliant chance to see if it’s right for you.
Memberships include access to their state-of-the-art gym, complete with cardio machines, free weights, resistance and functional training equipment. You’ll also get a personal induction and one-to-one consultation with a trainer to set your goals, plus 12-week reviews to help you stay on track.
You can join in with 21 group classes each week, including yoga, HYROX, Body Pump, Spin and more – all rated on an intensity scale so you can find the right level for you.
There’s also access to courts and gear for squash, badminton and table tennis, and qualified trainers on hand throughout the day.
