Kingswood Pizza prides itself on fresh dough, made in-house every afternoon before they open. Their pizzas are a standout, and this time, we went for a classic Pepperoni with a cheesy bites crust—properly gooey, full of flavour, and just as good as expected.
But it’s not just about the pizza. They also serve top-quality kebabs with Greek-style pittas that are soft and doughy, packed with 48-hour marinated grilled chicken, crisp salad, and a mint yoghurt sauce that brings everything together. If kebabs aren’t your thing, you can get the same flavour-packed chicken in a burger, which is just as good.
Their homemade chilli and garlic sauces are another highlight, adding a proper kick of flavour to whatever you order. And, of course, no takeaway is complete without chips. Here, they’re fresh, crispy, and seasoned with Chip Spice – the way they should be! They use McCain chips, which probably explains why they taste so good.
Next door, Kingswood Fish Bar is the go-to if you’re in the mood for a proper chippy tea. With perfect chippy chips, fresh battered fish, and great patties, it’s a solid choice for anyone after a traditional fish and chip shop experience.
