Gemini Chocolate is a chocolate shop with cafe, we craft our chocolate from bean to bar, entirely in-house. No shortcuts, no compromises, using only organic, plant-based ingredients. Our chocolate is free from dairy, gluten, and refined sugar, making it a treat nearly everyone can enjoy, including those with dietary restrictions or diabetes. We’ve poured our heart into creating something truly special: ethical, delicious chocolate without the guilt. Chocolate that people can feel good about eating. Everything we do is rooted in quality, sustainability, and transparency, values that we don’t compromise on. This is chocolate to live for.
