One Steakhouse & Lounge, located at 1 Witham, Hull, is a 200-seat restaurant and cocktail bar that opened in November 2024. Housed in a revitalised 1930s building near North Bridge, the venue features elegant ground-floor dining, an intimate mezzanine, and Hull’s only riverside rooftop bar offering scenic views.
The menu highlights locally sourced Yorkshire produce with Mediterranean influences. Signature dishes include 32-day dry-aged steaks such as tomahawk, porterhouse, ribeye, T-bone, and fillet cuts. Complementing the cuisine is a selection of artisanal cocktails and wines.
The set menu runs Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, alongside their popular Sunday roast menu. There are also options for groups, including bottomless brunch and private dining hire. Looking ahead, they’ll be serving special menus on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve too!
The rooftop bar provides an open-air dining experience with a retractable roof for starlit evenings, contemporary décor, and a soft musical ambiance.
Opening hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM; Friday from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM; Saturday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM; and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The venue is closed on Tuesdays.
