The colourful rats that have been dotted across Hull and East Yorkshire all summer are coming together for one final time.
From Saturday 13th to Friday 19th September, the Princes Quay Event Space will host every single sculpture from A Mischief of Rats in one place – the first and last chance to see the full collection side by side.
If you’ve followed the trail, you’ll know how much these giant six-foot rats have brightened up streets, parks, and landmarks around the region. Each of the 45 sculptures has been decorated by a different artist, bringing plenty of creativity and colour to the city. For anyone who hasn’t managed to tick them all off yet, this exhibition is the perfect opportunity to catch up and spot any you missed.
The exhibition is open daily from 11am to 5pm. Admission is just £2 for adults, while under-16s go free when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
It’s a brilliant way to celebrate the project before the sculptures are auctioned off to raise funds for The Daisy Appeal on 20th September.
Don’t miss your chance to see this quirky collection together at Princes Quay before the rats scurry off for good!
