If you’re looking for something new to try in Beverley, Soju has just launched an exciting all-you-can-eat menu on Sundays that puts a fresh, modern spin on Chinese dining—and it’s seriously impressive.
You might already know Soju for its stylish interior and Asian-Fusion dishes, but owner Gary (who first opened Sumo back in 2016) has just taken things up a level. After launching Soju in 2023, he’s now introduced a bold new concept: an all-you-can-eat menu served on Sundays, packed with made-to-order dishes, cooked fresh and full of flavour.
Expect to find everything from crisp, glossy sweet and sour chicken with fresh peppers and pineapple, to beautifully rolled sushi like soft shell crab maki. There are grilled skewers of tender beef, pork and lamb marinated in bold sauces like teriyaki and their signature satay. Even the vegetarian options stand out, with sizzling clay pot tofu that’s grilled right at your table.
It’s all complemented by a great drinks menu too—we tried the Soju Pornstar Spritz, a classic martini, and some creamy Piña Colada mocktails, which were all spot on.
