Eats and Treats Artisan Bakehouse

165 High St, Hull HU1 1NE

Eats and Treats is a traditional bakehouse situated in one of the cosiest locations in Hull, right next to the Museum quarter. In addition to sarnies, they offer typical baked goods and superb bean-to-cup coffees.

They bake their own bread, which they use for their sandwiches too – giving them an absolutely delicious homemade quality.

Janey’s Food Shack

Trinity Market, Trinity House Ln, Hull HU1 2JH

Janey has been serving up good food in Trinity Market since 2001, and in 2019 she took over the business she worked at and renamed it Janey’s Food Shack. They serve a wide range of absolutely banger sarnies.

Customers love the fact that the food is locally sourced – for example, the pork pies are from a small butcher’s shop in Bridlington and the pastries are made at a local bakery in Tweendykes, Hull!

Oliver’s Coffee Shop

3 W End, Swanland, North Ferriby HU14 3PE

Olivers Coffee Shop is a small cafe located in Swanland, with a beautiful view of the nearby lake. They serve a wide range of foods, including fantastic sandwiches.

Kitchen in Howden is a popular bakery, deli and patisserie in the market town of Howden in Goole, and often has patrons queueing for food at lunchtime! It’s for good reason too; they offer something for everyone, from their high-quality sandwiches packed with fillings to cakes, pastries, and more.

Nestled in Hull city centre, the newly opened Koffee Lab has quickly become a go-to spot for both early risers and brunch lovers, with its doors open from 7am to 4pm. They offer an all-day menu, including toasties, sarnies, burgers and more. There are gluten-free options too!

True to the name, Koffee Lab’s speciality is their drink selection. Their coffee is ethically sourced, specialist coffee from Dark Woods – making them the only place in Hull & East Yorkshire to stock the premium brand. They also make creamy frappuccinos, flavoured ice teas and more!
