Treehouse started with one simple idea – fun. For owner Charlie, who grew up in Hull, the inspiration came from childhood memories of escaping to a treehouse with friends. He wanted to capture that same playful feeling in a venue where people can relax, enjoy themselves, and share great food and drink together.
After constant refurbishments since opening, last year saw the biggest transformation yet – and it’s paid off. Today, Treehouse is a vibrant destination with quirky decor, neon lighting, and even its own photobooth. It looks the part, but it’s what comes out of the kitchen and across the bar that keeps people coming back.
We tried some of the small plates – duck tacos, halloumi croquettes, and teriyaki fried chicken – all perfect alongside a cocktail or two. Speaking of cocktails, you’ll find frozen mixes, signatures and classics, all served with flair. For mains, highlights included the Teriyaki Salmon Noodles, the towering Treehouse Burger, a Katsu Curry and a Hoisin Flatbread. Every dish was fresh, colourful, and full of flavour.
Treehouse has quickly become a go-to for bottomless brunches, Sunday lunches, and nights out with friends. It’s a bar and restaurant with character, quality, and plenty of reasons to visit again.

Prize Details:
- One winner will receive a bottomless brunch experience for four people at Treehouse Bar & Restaurant, Hessle.
- The prize is for UK residents only.
- The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Standard booking policies apply – Treehouse reserves the right to refuse service in line with their normal terms.
Entry Requirements:
- To enter, participants must complete the entry form in full, providing accurate and complete information.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Winner Selection:
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 48 hours of the competition closing.
- If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.
General:
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to receive marketing emails from Treehouse and Hull What’s On. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

- The winner will be drawn shortly after the closing date and contacted via email.
