Discover Beverley’s hidden gem – the new Pasco’s Italian restaurant, tucked away on the ground floor of the Waffle21 office space.
Since opening just before summer, Pasco’s has brought its signature Italian charm to town, serving up a generous selection of Italian favourites, from pizzas and pastas to mouth-watering steaks, seafood, and chicken dishes.
Our recent visit didn’t disappoint. We started with the Gamberoni Sorrento – juicy king prawns cooked to perfection with garlic and mushrooms, plus the Antipasto di Carne, a tempting spread of cured meats, ciabatta, and olives, ideal for sharing.
For mains, the Steak Gorgonzola came highly recommended, and it certainly lived up to the hype, while the Vegan Primavera Penne pasta was a delicious choice for plant-based diners. The Italian Trio Sizzler was also a real crowd-pleaser, packed with flavour and more than enough to satisfy.
With an open, spacious setting, elegant décor, and even a fish pond at its heart, Pasco’s offers a unique atmosphere for family dining.
