In an exciting development for Kingswood Parks in Hull, a new housing scheme by Beal Homes attracted a surge of interest with homes worth over £1.6 million being reserved at its recent launch event. The popularity of the upcoming King’s Fold development, worth £30 million, seems to underscore the growing allure of the Kingswood area.
The initial batch of homes made available at the event saw seven out of 12 homes reserved, indicating a high demand for housing in the area. The King’s Fold project is set to add more than 150 contemporary two and three-bedroom houses to the region, promising to further enhance the charm of the suburban lifestyle offered in Kingswood.
The launch was held at Beal Homes’ freshly inaugurated Beal Showroom in Hessle’s Bridgehead business park, showcasing their commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. Attendees could explore the King’s Fold project virtually, taking a 3D tour of the upcoming neighbourhood and individual house types.
Furthermore, Beal Homes provided prospective homeowners with an opportunity to personalise their future residences in the Beal Design Lounge. The housebuilder’s expert design team was on hand to help buyers tailor their homes according to their specific lifestyle and tastes.
Located off Barnes Way, the 10-acre King’s Fold site aims to create a village-like atmosphere with its mews-style homes clustered around courtyards. The area boasts a wide array of local amenities, such as schools, shops, restaurants, and entertainment facilities, catering to the residents’ daily needs and leisure activities.
Construction is scheduled to begin this summer, with the first occupants expected to move in by mid-2024. The houses in the first release range from £188,995 to £269,995 in price.

Among the early buyers are Hollie Draper, a 29-year-old Probation Officer, her husband Robert and their son Bobby. Delighted about their purchase, Hollie expressed her satisfaction with Beal Homes’ bespoke services and lauded the team’s friendliness and valuable advice.
First-time buyers India Shields and Elliott King also shared their excitement about their reservation in King’s Fold. Praising the advantages of living in Kingswood, India noted the availability of family and essential amenities close by.

Dan Blanchard, an Operations Technician, and his partner Alicia Tuck who currently rent in Kingswood, spoke highly of Beal’s home quality and the Dalby house layout that they are hoping to reserve.
