- Boulevard
- Beverley Road

Keep Britain Tidy reports a staggering daily figure of more than two million pieces of litter being dropped across the UK. This leads to a street cleaning expense of over £1 billion annually, a burden borne by taxpayers.
Littering violations can draw a £100 fixed penalty, which can be reduced to £80 if settled during the early-payment period. However, failure to pay can lead to prosecution and a maximum fine of £2,500.
Those issued with a littering fixed penalty notice in Hull are advised to settle it without delay by reaching out to the Council’s enforcement contractor, LA Support Limited, at 0800 781 6229 or by logging on to https://fpnpayment.com/Hull.
The Portfolio Holder for Environment, Cllr Julia Conner, urged Hull residents to responsibly dispose of their waste by either taking it home or using the provided bins.
