It’s a busy week as Hull and East Yorkshire make preparations for the Christmas season! Hull’s Christmas Lights switch-on finally takes place on Thursday, and the Santa Arrival Parade will bring the big man in red himself into our city on Sunday.

Hull Comedy Festival 2023: Hullarious Fringe

Health Stars Charity Comedy Night ft. Scottish Falsetto Sock Puppets

HA HA Health Stars is a comedy night in aid of Health Stars brought to you by The Hull Comedy Festival. There’ll be an INCREDIBLE line-up of local and regional comedy talent with a very special Eurovision Sock Contest brought to you by Scottish Falsetto Sock Puppet Theatre! They’re aiming to raise lots of laughs and money for Health Stars, who work in partnership with the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. They enhance the community and mental health services provided to over 800,000 people living within the trust’s service area.

Hull & East Riding climate futures workshop – receive £25 for participating

Date and time: Fri 17 & Sat 18 Nov 2023 @ 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Join the Royal College of Art in a workshop at TimeBank Hull & East Riding to explore climate change and the future of living by the water.
