Every day, Ten Percent Happier hosts live ‘sanity break’ videos that include an audience Q&A and a short guided meditation. The videos are a useful tool for breaking up a busy schedule making sure that you get a few minutes to yourself each day. You catch the videos every weekday at 8 pm.

Copper Beech Institute

The Copper Beech Institute is a non-profit organisation that aims to make the world a better place through mindfulness and meditation. They are offering a range of free and affordable online classes via Zoom throughout the lockdown, and potentially beyond. They include mindfulness, meditation, candlelight meditation, yoga and a Workplace Round Table. The only catch is that the candlelight meditation class takes place at midnight due to timezone differences. All the other sessions happen at 5:30 pm.
