The Addams Family
15 – 19 March @ Hull New Theatre
Everybody’s favourite eccentric family is coming to Hull, with a fantastic musical comedy that has music by Tony Award nominated Andrew Lippa and starring the one and only Joanne Clifton! This is a story of love, family and friendship with all of the incredible, kooky characters you love.
Tickets are available from £18 here, but as this is a rescheduled show the original tickets still remain valid.
The Invisible Man
17 – 18 March @ Hull Truck Theatre
This is an incredible story that is adapted from H G Wells’ critically acclaimed science fiction novel. Taking place in the modern North East, Northern Stage presents a new take on a classic which questions establishments and ultimately asks us, who is really invisible in Great Britain in 2022?

Shrek the Musical
22 – 26 March @ Hull New Theatre
Hessle Theatre Company presents Shrek the Musical, a spin on the Oscar winning film. Telling the story of Shrek and Donkey on their quest to Princess Fiona, this musical is absoloutely a must see for all of the family!

Rent
30 March – 2 April @ Hull Truck Theatre
As a part of its 2022 Tour, Bite My Thumb productions are bring Rent to Hull! This classic musical has ran for 12 years on Broadway and even gotten a Tony Award for best musical. This is definitely not one to miss.

Private Peaceful
5 – 9 April @ Hull Truck Theatre
Based on the award-winning novel by Michael Morpurgo, Private Peaceful tells the story of Private Tommo Peaceful in the trenches of World War One. It is a beautiful story about a young soldier and it will be really exciting to see it performed on stage!

SIX the Musical
5 – 10 April @ Hull New Theatre
One of the biggest musicals at the minute is SIX, and it will be coming to Hull. It is a fantastic retelling of the lives of Henry VIII’s six wives, and it gives all of the Tudor Queens a chance to tell their story.

Bedknobs and Broomsticks
12 – 16 April @ Hull New Theatre
The magical Disney movie Bedknobs and Broomsticks has come to the stage, and will be showing in Hull for a whole week! Join the Rawlins children on a spectacular adventure with Eglantine Price, an apprentice witch!

Singin’ in the Rain
13 – 16 April @ Hull Truck Theatre
Travel back to the glamour of the 1920s with this classic musical, telling the story of silent film actors. The Northern Academy of Performing Arts are tackling one of movie history’s most iconic films right here in Hull!

Dead Lies
13 – 14 May @ Hull New Theatre
Dead Lies is a fast-moving, hard-hitting political English thriller from No.1 Best Selling Crime Novelist Hilary Bonner. Directed by critically acclaimed director Joe Harmston, the action takes place during a fiercely fought election campaign. The story follows Peter George, played by Hollyoaks and Holby City’s Jeremy Edwards, a politician who promises a new kind of politics beyond sleaze and spin.
