Our Campaign Manager is alerted straight away. She’ll review your campaign and take the next action – whether that’s getting in touch to arrange a filming day, asking for assets, or starting to craft your content piece straight away.
This is where our team decides the best way to deliver what you’ve chosen – whether that’s finding the perfect slot for a social post, scheduling your headline post to go live at the right time, or getting our video team ready to film. Every campaign goes through a quick quality checklist so you know the end result will look professional and polished.
If you’ve booked a gallery share or headline post, you won’t have to approve it, but you’ll receive a full breakdown of what’s going out and when. If you’ve chosen video, once filming is arranged and complete, we’ll ask you for some info, then send you a script for approval and then the finished video for sign-off before it’s published. You’ll always know the planned timings in advance.
Our aim is always to keep you in the loop but never drown you in unnecessary emails. We’ll be on hand throughout your campaign to answer questions and offer support whenever you need it.
